Established in 1989, the annual Vail Dance Festival features both performance and educational elements, firmly establishing the Vail Valley as one of the top summer dance destinations in the world.
This intimate 530-seat theater located beneath the ice rink in Beaver Creek presents a world-class stage for it all with year-round performances including jazz, comedy, dance, film, Broadway productions, opera, rock concerts, family shows and more.
Each summer, the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater plays host to an array of cultural and entertainment offerings, ranging from internationally renowned dance and classical music presentations, courtesy of the Vail Dance Festival and the Bravo! Vail, to the free weekly concerts of the Hot Summer Nights series.
With shows ranging from rock to country to bluegrass to funk and beyond, Hot Summer Nights and ShowDown Town have become synonymous with summer for locals and visitors alike. Throngs of music lovers gather at the Amphitheater and Eagle Town Park each week to enjoy sunshine, picnics, friends and incredible free music.
