About the vail valley foundation

The Vail Valley Foundation is a nonprofit operating in the Vail Valley. We strive to create life-enriching experiences and opportunities for the entire community, including those who visit. We bring to life world-class programming in the arts, athletics, education, and community-enhancement. The VVF works to broaden perspectives, empower untapped potential, and fill the valley with vibrant possibilities, today and into the future.

OUR AREAS OF FOCUS

Arts

We bring arts and culture to life in the Vail Valley: from the world-renowned Vail Dance Festival to top-tier programming a the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and Vilar Performing Arts Center, and much more.

Athletics

VVF events like Birds of Prey World Cup ski races and the GoPro Mountain Games bring economic impact and international attention to our community while cultivating a culture of health through activity, shared experiences, and athleticism.

Education

From early childhood to college and career, Youth Power provides programs to help youth reach their full potential. We support youth and families every step of the way.

Community

We boldly lead change in addressing community-wide issues by bringing together individuals, businesses and local governments to accomplish goals that no one person or entity could achieve on their own.
