Bartender
We are looking for a committed and kind team member to join our established team of bartenders. We operate 2 Concession-style Bars and a Craft Cocktail/Wine Bar. Our expectation of team members is to be confident and competent while offering fast and friendly guest service. This is an on-call, seasonal position (Primarily June-Oct and Dec- early April) with varied opportunities and shift scheduling. We offer mostly evening shifts with occasional daytime opportunities. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Maintaining compliance standards to include: proper id verification procedures; hygiene, health, safety standards; and beverage control.
- Open/Closing Duties to include cutting fruit, preparing stations, and loading ice restocking product, and proper cleaning and teardown to complete the shift.
- Keep bar and area clean and stocked
- Event/Catering Support
- Knowledge of Square or equivalent POS for performing guest transactions, accurate and timely service are essential
- Lifting up to 40 pounds required
- Standing for 4+ hour shifts
A successful candidate should possess:
- Minimum 5 years Bartending experience
- Previous Bartending experience required
- TiPS or equivalent certification (Will reimburse) required
- Expanded knowledge of Craft Cocktails and Wine Varieties/Regions preferred
- Skill in Upselling Snacks and other products
- FIFO Standards for proper stock rotation
- Clean and efficient station management
- Excellent Teammate, solid communication skills, prompt arrival and excellent guest service.
- Capable of Tandem and Individual Bartending
This is an hourly, seasonal, on-call, part-time position based in Beaver Creek, CO.
The starting pay is $15.00/hour plus tips
