Any eligible person may enter the VVF x GMC Sweepstakes by obtaining an official Sweepstakes Ticket from the VVF during the Sweepstakes Period. VVF full-time and part-time staff and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Vail Valley Foundation.
The Prize is your 2021 GMC Yukon Denali with an MSRP not to exceed $83,300, graciously donated by GMC, a VVF Cornerstone partner. The winner will receive the vehicle in 2021 and will be responsible for taxes, title and licensing fees. Please see the Official Rules Document for additional information.

This sweepstakes is only open to recent VVF donors and volunteers, both of whom are critical to the success, impact and health of the Vail Valley Foundation. The Sweepstakes is open to VVF Donors who have made a donation to the VVF, in any amount, during the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2020 and/or to any VVF volunteers who have volunteered with the VVF within the same timeframe; 1/1/14 – 12/31/20. Employees or agents of VVF are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply.
Any eligible person may enter the VVF X GMC Yukon Giveaway Sweepstakes by obtaining an official Sweepstakes Ticket from the VVF during the Sweepstakes Period. VVF full time and part time staff and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Tickets may be obtained in the following manner:
(1) Purchase tickets online
(2) Request a Sweepstakes Ticket, without a ticket purchase, in writing by mailing in an official Entry Form to the VVF as outlined in the Official Rules Document.
One (1) ticket is assigned for every $100.
Five (5) tickets are assigned for every $475.
Ten (10) tickets are assigned for every $950.
Participants may buy as many tickets as they like, as often as they like, while the sweepstakes remains open. The sweepstakes will be limited to a maximum of 5,000 ticket purchases. Tickets may be purchased as gifts for friends and family.
The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of sweepstakes tickets issue. The lowest odds to win scenario would be 1-5000. The highest odds to win scenario would be 1 in 800.
In order for the GMC Yukon to be awarded, a minimum of 800 sweepstakes tickets must be purchased. In the event less than 800 tickets are purchased during the Sweepstakes Period, VVF will refund the ticket buyers and the GMC Yukon will not be awarded.

The winning ticket will be announced during the Black Diamond Ball Livestream Event on February 11, 2021.
No, you do not have to be present when the winning ticket is drawn to win.
The sweepstakes winner will be announced during the Black Diamond Ball Livestream Event on February 11, 2021 & notified by phone and/or email based on the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Sweepstakes tickets are tax-deductible and are considered donations to the Vail Valley Foundation.
Yes. The prize winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes.
