The YouthPower365 Registrar is part of the organization’s team to provide quality and thorough support, communication, and information for our participants and families that is welcoming, engaging and equitable. This position will support participants and families with program information, registration, and community resources and opportunities. The Registrar is a safe and welcoming entry point for our YouthPower365 programming. The registrar is responsible for listening to the voices of families and building strong relationships within the YouthPower365 community. This is a part-time position, 20-25 hours a week. Sick time is accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

- Support families in the YouthPower365 registration system
- Process enrollment for specific programs via phone, email, and in person
- Navigate the YouthPower365 main phone line with the highest standard of customer service
- Collaborate and assist other staff with the registration process and the data base system
- Up-to-date understanding and navigation of community offerings
- Contribute, partner, and enhance the work of the YouthPower365 Family Engagement team
- Assist with and attend YouthPower365 and VVF functions/events as requested by staff, to best support participants and families
- Support with programming in a variety of ways during non-peak times
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information
Competencies of a great candidate:
- Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or at least 2 years’ experience in supporting families
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc.
- Willingness to learn new technology and systems
- Willingness to grow self and learn about community resources and opportunities

- Onboarding will occur the first two weeks post hire date to familiarize individual with YouthPower365 programming, registration processes, and family engagement goals.

- The individual will work with the team to grow relationships in the community among all partners.
- $22.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience
- 20-25 hours per week
- Accrue designated sick time at a rate of one (1) hour of sick time for every thirty (30) hours worked
