Middle School Staff Role | YouthPower365

Middle School Staff support and lead YouthPower365 programs with the goal of impacting students in many significant ways. Staff foster positive youth development and trusted adult relationships after school, while exposing students to opportunities they may not have access to currently. Interested applicants should apply specifically to work within key YouthPower365 programs for the upcoming school year:

  • Study Club or Athletic Mentoring
  • Culinary Club
  • Afterschool Explorers, which encompass GirlPowHER and The CLUB

Middle School Staff must administer direct instruction and supervision of students. Along with YouthPower365, they are also responsible for developing and creating engaging, dynamic, and fun activities that lead to student growth. Other administrative duties may be required, such as attendance, collecting field trip forms, etc.

  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Positively represent YouthPower365 in the community

  • Positive, high energy toward engaging and growing youth
  • Ability to pivot at any time with students or staff
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and experience working with students outside of the school day

Compensation is $25 – $36/hour depending on experience and certifications.
