The YouthPower365 Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator serve as the main support lead for YouthPower365 program sites. Both are responsible for working with YouthPower365 staff to ensure that students are registered, staff are hired and meeting quality standards, and ensuring programs adhere to the program schedule, needed logistics, and all policies and procedures prior to the start of and during programs. This role does not include management of others, but rather team leadership and support.

- Staff and student support with clear expectations of responsibilities

- Contacting families with updates and for students not in attendance daily
- Ensuring compliance with the daily schedule
- Assisting families with barriers to programs and other opportunities

- Representing YouthPower365 positively to the community

This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position. Hourly range: Starting at $37/hr depending on experience and certification.
