Box Office Agent | GRFA

The Box Office Agent is responsible for selling GRFA tickets and answering general questions for the public and GRFA customers. Primary duties include serving as an integral part of the GRFA Box Office staff and providing high quality customer service for multiple events each week. Must be comfortable answering phones and helping with seat selection, directions, and general inquiries. Candidates must also be able to use the point of sale programs to sell tickets. This is a seasonal, full-time position between the months of mid-May to mid-October 2024.

  • Assist customers in person and by phone to manage ticket orders and provide venue information.
  • Must be able to multitask and handle a variety of issues as they arise and solve them on a timely manner.
  • Must have previous experience in customer service, database and/or computer systems, and experience handling cash.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.


  • High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Time management and organized approach to workload; ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with Audience View is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable spending time on the phone and speaking with ticket buyers.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and upbeat attitude.

This is an hourly and seasonal position with a full-time schedule, not eligible for VVF employee benefits.

Pay: $21/hr
